How much hit do rogues need in TBC?

Note: Hitcap is not something you HAVE to reach at all costs. It’s a cap you don’t want to go over, but if you gain more dps stats (atk/crit/agi etc etc) in exchange for losing a little bit of hit, then it’s still a good trade.

The caps below are mostly just to help with gemming. If you are over the cap, you’d want to swap hit gems for other stats. If you are under the cap then you’d probably keep gemming hit as it’s one of the most efficient gems for +dps.
