(updated) Sno’s PvE CD tracking weakaura

If you’re already using my PvE weakaura for yourself, this is the updated version with all the TBC trinkets added for you. Unlike the old version, you shouldn’t need to manually update the trinkets anymore since they’re all added already.

If you see any TBC active trinkets missing that you need, just let me know and I can add them.
